It’s the quarter final draw the whole footballing world wanted. The two best footballing teams on the planet will face each other as Arsenal get the chance to revenge their 2006 cup final defeat.
Manchester United will take on Bayern Munich, the team they famously defeated to lift the trophy in 1999. Bayern will be out for a revenge mission of their own.
If United get through they will face either Lyon or Bordeaux while Arsenal would take on the winners of Jose Mourinhos Inter Milan or CSKA Moscow’s.
The quarter-final first legs will be played on 30 and 31 March with the return fixtures on 6 and 7 April.
