Enough is enough as Mr. Toilet roll loses job

Jonathan Ross, Russell Brand, Mr. Blobby & Gary Megson. Who is the odd one out? At first glance you’d probably say Mr. Blobby, but the answer is in fact, Gary Megson, the other three have a personality.

Megson, 50, has been on the managerial death row since he first took over as Bolton Boss in October 2007.

Despite keeping the club in the Premier League after taking charge, the rather bland Megson was never liked by the fans. ‘Megson has the charisma of a toilet roll’ said Colin Milk, a life long season ticket holder.

After Bolton threw away a 2-0 lead against fellow strugglers Hull City at the Reebok, the fans vented their anger with a chorus of boos, after that 2-2 draw, he called the jeering supporters “pathetic”.

Bolton chairman Phil Gartside decided to act after the draw, a result which sees the Trotters sitting in the drop zone going into the New Year.

Megson became the third Premier League boss to lose his job this season. Paul Hart and Mark Hughes’ being the other two. Ironically Mark Hughes is favorite to take his place, Darren Ferguson, Paul Jewell, Alan Curbishley & Mr. Blobby have also been mentioned.

As 2009 comes to a close, who will be the next manager on death row to be executed from his duties?

Megson never stood a chance, he’s not really Premier League class, he’d do a great job in Championship but that’s about it.

Would Hughes really take over at Bolton? Bit of a come down to be honest, but hey a job is job!

    Liking the toilet roll bit!
