Claudio Ranieri is the 4th Inter Milan’s manager  since the leaving of Josè Mourinho, just 16 months ago. The Portouguese manager left Inter Milan after the winning of Uefa Champions League on May 2010. From that moment the dressing room of the Italian club has welcome Rafa Benitez, Leonardo De Araujo and Gian Piero Gasperini.

This is a problem that even Chelsea’s management had to face in 2007, when after the draw against Rosemborg, Josè Mourinho left the team in accordance with presindent Roman Abramovic. From that day to September 2009, four manager passed from Stamford Bridge: Avraham Grant, Felipe Scolari, Guus Hiddink and Carlo Ancelotti.

What help Jose Mourinho in his job is that wherever club he joins, president are always likely to spend lot of money to buy football players. He arrived at Stamford Bridge in the second year of the “Abramovich era”, than he moved to Inter Milan, where president Massimo Moratti gave him a £ 10 milion contract per year and spent even 30 milion to buy the wing Ricardo Quaresma (one of the worst buying in club’s history). While now both Massimo Moratti and Roman Abramovic are not spending as much money as they used to do when Josè Mourinho was the manager of the team.

It is also true that it’s not easy to find another manager like Josè Mourinho, who’s the most discussed manager in the world. As far as he arrives in a club he immediately create a strong relationship with the president of the club, with football players (expecially the most experienced) and with supporters. The relationships that he creates outside the field are crucial and vital for his job. These are the secrets of the richest manager in the world.

After the cases at Stamford Bridge and San Siro, we can bet that also the next manager at the Santiago Bernabue will be obliged to work not only with players but also with the phantom of Mou.
