This week’s Ultimate 11 is top blogger Ashleigh Rose’s QPR. Now bearing in mind Ash is know where near as old us me his QPR team is from his generation, 1990 onwards. So basically he doesn’t even remember Gaza’s tears, now that does make us feel old!

Do you really know your clubs proud history or are you just a teenage glory hunter? (not mentioning any names from the Kings Road). Remember you must pick a decent 11, not 10 forwards and a goalie. We’ll have a butchers and I’ll give my verdict from Mustard to Pony. E-mail your team to Dexy@ukfootballfinder.co.uk

da da da, da da da da daaaaa, IT’S THE FINAL FURLONG! Da, da da da, da da da da daaaaaaa

Quality player. I watched him play for Barnet a lot this year, 40 years old and still banging in the goal in league football! hats off sir!

Rodney Marsh? Terry Venables? Mark Dennis, hard nut job, got sent off 10 times in his career, you wouldn’t want to play against him.

Andy Sinton is the most over rated player of all time. Chose Spurs over Arsenal because he wanted to win things, hilarious!

Can’t believe no one has pointed out maverick Stan Bowles, possibly the best of all of them, if only he could have stayed of the sauce and and nags. The English George Best. How on Earth has Sinton got on there, he reminded me of a toby jug on studs. Where’s Gary Micklewhite. He used to live down the road from me as a kid. I was about 9 and me and my mates didn’t even realise he was a player until we got the 84 panini album. He had a Doberman!

I know I could and prob should have had Bowles and Marsh who are the two best players to ever wear the hoops, but this is an XI from my time so 1990 onwards.

Oh I do remember Gazzas’ tears Daz! 🙂

    Gerry Francis? Don Givens?

Sinclair, the best bicycle kick the league has ever seen, correct me if I’m wrong.
