Manchester City’s Mario Balotelli has the ability to go far in the game, as his raw talent is renowned in both Italy and now, England.

Equally, if not more recognised, is the former Inter Milan star’s seemingly poor attitude to what will always be a team game.

Balotelli has often been seen having touchline spats with managers, on-field rows with players, or training ground brawls with teammates. His behaviour has been frustrating for City fans who like to bet online with Bet Victor.

City’s football development executive and former Inter teammate, Patrick Vieira, has admitted the 21-year-old must address his attitude if he is to reach his full potential in the Premier League, the Champions League, and on the international stage.

The former Arsenal favourite told the Daily Telegraph: “Mario will be 22 in August, and he has now reached the point in his life and his career where he has to learn from his mistakes, and show that he is a man and no longer a boy.

“People will lose patience with you and get tired of helping if you do not improve your conduct or fail to learn from your mistakes.

“But I really feel that Mario is ready to accept help, however, and Roberto Mancini is also prepared to support him,” he added.

Certainly, if Balotelli can get his poor attitude in order, it could well bring about the consistency in performances that would make him one of the most dangerous and prolific strikers in the Premier League.

Nevertheless, until that happens, he will always be a liability, and one that City might not be able to tolerate much longer. The Blues are expected to retain their Premier League title next season, according to the online betting with Bet Victor.
